Who am I kidding? 😂 We're at it again with another Celebeau lip product, now it's the Secret Neon Lip Tint! __ 🔺What it is: moist and silky on lips, this is jam packed with rich color and in blue light emits its hidden neon color. • 🔺#IsabelSays: the box is pink and purple with the necessary details including: _ Intense color ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Neon color ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Long-lasting ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Silky texture ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - The 3.4g product is housed in a bright orange capsule and applicator is doe foot with a divot in the middle. It has a sweet melon scent. • 🔺Impressions: the size will probably fit most purses which is a plus if you're going to bring it for touch ups. The velvety texture and creamy consistency makes it a dream to blend. The color pay-off is excellent -- a single swipe gives a rich orange opaque pigment. It's not the usual water or gel tints we're accustomed to here in the PH. Though it has a soft matte finish, it feels lightweight and doesn't dry the lips. Longevity wise, it does fade after a few hours but still leaves a tint behind. The color is perfect for summer and given its consistency, I think I can also use it on the cheeks or eyes if I'm feeling bold enough. Do this at your own risk though since it is designed just as a lip product. 😉 It turns neon when exposed to blue LED light, but I wasn't able to try that.
